Clifton Property Partners are based at No.3 Hill street situated just off Berkeley Square in the heart of ‘Mayfair village’. We share our building with many professionals including many private wealth and family offices.
   
Our office is linked in to the private members club ‘42 Berkeley Square’ which allows for a more formal setting for meetings, dining and private presentations whilst overlooking the world renowned Square.
Our Experience
 
Throughout the last decade both Rob and James have been involved in a combined £2 billion worth of transactions and have personally sold over a third of the £10 million secondary market in Mayfair alone. During this time, they have gained invaluable experience in running successful sales and lettings teams, as well as establishing and growing extremely well regarded new homes and valuations departments. Their extensive contact base or ‘black book’ is much revered in the industry built through repeat business of past purchasers and clients’ family members, referrals and relationships with private offices, law firms and banks.

Robert Windsor
Director & Co-founder
 
Since leaving University in 2001 after studying for a degree in Economics, Rob began his professional career as a graduate trainee money broker for a boutique firm in the heart of the City of London. A lifelong interest in property however drew Rob to leave the City and begin a long career in the Central London property market, the last 15 years of which has been spent focused predominantly in Mayfair where he worked alongside James. It was during this time that Rob forged a large number of strong relationships across the industry as well as building a reputation for being a trusted advisor at the very top end of the Central London Market. With the rise in the ‘super prime’ sector and the influx of several high profile new developments as department head, Rob has spent much of the last 8 years advising on and selling assets worth almost £1.5bn for clients such as British Land and Luxlo.

James McManus

Since leaving University in 2001 after studying for a degree in Politics, James worked in financial services before an opportunity to work in property presented itself, ultimately leading to a position at an independent agency in Mayfair where he worked alongside Rob for the last 15 years. James furthered his education at Reading University where he gained a Masters’ degree in Real Estate Management before being appointed Managing Director of the firm. It was here that James was responsible for running the sales, lettings and valuation departments whilst growing a young and enthusiastic team. James has a wide network of contacts across the industry and is well known for selling at the very highest level in the prime Central London Market and has been responsible for over £1bn worth of transactions in his time.

Joanna Ward
Legal Consultant
 
Joanna Ward is a solicitor with over 30 years’ experience. Until 2014 she was a partner in the private client department of City Law firm Taylor Wessing where she headed the private property group. Joanna has acted for clients around the globe buying and selling leasehold and freehold residential property in Central London and has been described by Chambers and Partners as being ‘effective and efficient’. Joanna is able to provide our clients with initial advice on the legal aspects of their property acquisitions and disposals assist with the preparation of necessary paperwork and advise on who may be the best conveyancing solicitor to appoint to act in an acquisition.
   
When not working Jo takes a keen interest in the arts having recently graduated with a degree in history of art from the renowned Courtauld Institute of fine Art. Jo is also fluent in French and enjoys fine dining and extensive travel with her partner Matthew.

Kim Pattie
Marketing & PR Consultant
 
Kim offers a full understanding of the property, luxury retail and hospitality marketplaces, with the ability to utilise this expertise into brand and commercial responsibility. Kim worked for 9 years as a Director of Harrods, concentrating on marketing and sales for this international brand.
   
Kim has also worked for Candy & Candy where her remit included One Hyde Park and Chelsea Barracks; Global Brand Director at Six Senses and Soneva, both based in Bangkok. She has also worked extensively with Mayfair and South of France property portfolios whilst operating as Director of Marketing & PR for Caudwell Property. When not working Kim has a keen interest in the theatre, travels extensively with friends and family and loves to entertain.
